Update: 2 females available. All males are spoken for.

A rare occurrence has taken place. Two of the families who have paid their deposits have decided not to move forward with a puppy at this time. No fault of the puppies! Their loss is certainly someone elseā€™s gain. We have 1 male and 1 female available out of our Mirra x CH Aslan litter. Ready to go home the first week of April. ā€¼ļøA Note As To Why We Occasionally Rehome Our Adult Dogue de Bordeauxs -

Responsible breeders who love their dogs come to realize that when a dog has contributed to their gene pool and future program the time has come to retire them. This dog now deserves the love and attention that a single-dog family can provide.

Every responsible breeder understands how many dogs they can take good care of without taking time and attention away from the other dogs. If the breeder has just a small facility with only 1 or 2 family members taking care of the dogs, they must maintain a small number as every Bordeaux needs love and companionship. Breeders also need to keep space in their homes for new up-and-coming dogs. Some will head off to new adventures, and some will stay forever. Regardless of the decision, it has been made in the best interests of the individual dog.

We will find them the right match with the same comprehensive screening we use to find ideal puppy owners. We know our dogs well. We know whether they will thrive with a buddy or would prefer to be the only dog. We know what sort of activity level will suit them best.

Our hearts will break as we see our beloved dog off to their new world, feeling the loss more keenly than a puppy for all the wonderful time we have spent together. But this decision is made with LOVE. We choose what is best for our dog, to move on to a home that will cherish them rather than selfishly keep them ā¤ļø

Meet Clyde! Formerly affectionately known as ā€œPuppy Pickleā€. We are looking for a new forever home for Clyde at this time. He is an 8.5 month old male located in Wisconsin. Clyde is a top-notch cuddler, gets along well with other dogs, has mastered all his basics: Sit, down, stay, come, heel, place, and is fully off-leash trained. Clyde will do best in an adults-only home where rules and expectations can be consistently maintained.

How could I have forgotten to post Merceā€™s win photos?! Premiere Rouxā€™s Mixed E Motion Merce earned her first 10 points and both of her majors last month. It was especially a pleasure to show to the esteemed Judge Pat Trotter who awarded Merce Best of Breed. Merce will be bred to our CH Aslan within the coming weeks šŸ¤ž

We are very proud of how the ā€œbabiesā€ did their very first time showing in Springfied. Rio (18 months) took Reserve two of the five days, and took WB one day for her first 2 points. She also got some lovely compliments from the judges.
Jolene (10 months) earned herself a BOB ribbon over the big girls for a 3 point major. Darrah did an excellent job handling Jolene for me and getting her comfortable in the ring.
