General: PlayStation is from my litter of MRF Ves (Clwyd Bob x Grace) and PBC Smidge (Imp. Ruari x Kachina Fate). Both parents health tested with hips/elbow/shoulder/patella OFAs and Optimal Selection DNA panels. Additionally, both parents have really lovely dispositions, they are sweet, happy, uncomplicated dogs who are good/social with all people and dogs. No major sound or environmental sensitivity/reactivity for either.
PlayStation was raised with ENS/ESI and general Puppy Culture protocols. Exposed to a variety of sounds, sights, smells, is litter box trained, and has been started on crate training, marker training, tugging/engagement. Super toy driven guy, also very good motivated and happy to engage for either. He’s a bigger boy with a really sweet disposition, eager to play and engage, and also get some cuddles.
PlayStation been to a farm for sheep exposure (showed a LOT of interest in stock), and has also been to a dock diving event where he took it all in like a confident and happy boy - meeting new people and watching dogs dive all day. He got to swim and was a very natural and strong/calm swimmer. He rides well in a crate and will continue to go on car rides for more exposure until he leaves.
PlayStation has been temperament tested and did well throughout the testing experience, results available to those interested in him. He is utd on puppy shots and received a clean bill of health from the vet.
Job or sport type: I expect he will enjoy a variety of sports like most of his relatives, including disc, dock, agility, barn hunt, FastCat, and herding. He was especially adept at our sheep exposure and the pool exposure, super calm and confident guy.
He has aunts/uncles and cousins competing in all of the above sports successfully. I own a littermate to his mother who is extremely versatile, actively competing at a high level in several sports and I never have to ask her twice, she’s always ready to give 200%. I also own his maternal grandparents and they are both extremely consistent producers for me in terms of temperament and drive.
Both of his parents are trained to work stock and trial in sheepdog field trials. His mother made finals at the USBCHA Nationals Nursery Finals and his father is currently competing in Nursery and doing very well. Both parents also work on their home farms as well. With just a few days of training his sire has competed in dock diving as well and was jumping Elite with ease. Can provide more detailed info on parents along with stud owner’s description of the sire as well. I have personally had my hands on him, trained with him, and seen him in various settings and he is always a lovely guy, same can be said of the dam. Happy to answer any questions.
