Can cats get heatstroke?
Yes! While we often think about dogs when it comes to summer heat, cats can overheat too, especially during warmer days or when they don’t have access to a cool, well-ventilated space.
Keep an eye out for signs like excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, restlessness, or vomiting, and make sure your cat always has access to fresh water and a cool place to relax.
A little summer know-how can go a long way in keeping your cat happy, healthy, and comfortable. 🐱
