Happy 11th Birthday to our sweet Winter! 🎂

From a playful puppy to the wise and gentle soul she is today, Winter has been one of the greatest blessings on our farm. She has been the best dog we could have ever asked for—loyal, loving, and always right in the middle of whatever the kids are doing.

Winter is the namesake behind Winter Mountain Labradors, and she’s the girl who made us completely fall in love with the Labrador breed. Her incredible temperament, loyalty, and joyful spirit showed us just how special these dogs truly are and helped inspire the heart behind everything we do.

She is truly living her best life here on the farm—running the fields, soaking up the sunshine, and being loved every single day.

We thank God for the 11 wonderful years we’ve had with her, and we pray for many more to come. We simply can’t imagine our lives without this sweet girl. 🤍

🍁 Maple’s First Duck Season 🍁

Scored 2 Northern Shoveler ducks today. This is Maple’s very first duck season, and she’s already showing exactly what we hoped for and more.

She just came home from training with Eric Rutherford, and we are beyond pleased with her progress, confidence, and overall training. Watching her put it all together in the field is incredibly rewarding.

Maple is a pup from our last litter, and not only is she a talented young retriever — she’s an absolute stunner to boot. Brains, beauty, and heart ❤️

Big things ahead for this young lady.
