We wanted to give everyone an update and ask for a little grace during this difficult time.
Our daughter was involved in a serious car accident. She suffered a broken humerus that will require surgery today, fractures to her L1 and L2 vertebrae that will be treated with a back brace, and a skull fracture with a small brain bleed. Thankfully, the brain bleed is minimal, has remained stable, and her doctors are very encouraged by her progress. While her injuries are significant, we truly believe she is going to make a good recovery with time.
Unfortunately, she will be unable to work for at least 12 weeks.
We kindly ask for your patience as we adjust our schedule. We completely understand if you need to use another groomer during this time, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
I plan to begin working and returning calls toward the end of the week. If you are already on the schedule, you will be my first priority. If your appointment was missed this week because of this emergency, you will also be among my top priorities as I work everyone back into the schedule.
We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of our clients. Thank you for your prayers, your patience, your kindness, and your understanding as we focus on helping our daughter heal while continuing to serve you as best we can.
