If you do not book your appointment before you leave the driveway I cannot garuantee you an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, I will see you on your next. Yes, I work from home but I still am running a business. Yes, I offer a cancellation list but do not rely on it.
We will be closed August 14-18, September 23-27th, October 1st-5th please plan accordingly. If you knowingly need your dog groomed because you’re going on vacation schedule the appointment. I am booking 10+ weeks out. I am one person who accommodates over 90 dogs a month. I am no longer squeezing dogs into my schedule because of your lack of planning.
If you want a Christmas appointment now is the time to book as I am already filling up the week of Christmas.
I appreciate everyone who has given me grace with my dog and the schedule changes I had to make as I navigate his new normal.
