📣📣Student Success Spotlight📣📣

A few weeks ago Rooster and his talented handler Anna Kennebeck made their agility debut at the MCKC AKC trial with a Q and first place in Jumpers with Weaves (JWW)! While I can take 0 credit for their fantastic agility skills, we started working together to help work on Rooster’s ring readiness (one of my favorite topics to nerd out about actually). I was so proud to see their connection shine in a very challenging environment and I can’t wait to see where this team goes!

I am SO proud of Team Kiera for their runs at the EMAC Bar Harbor trial in September. We started working together earlier this summer while they took a break from competing and their connection on course has improved tremendously. I will be rooting for them and all the other teams competing at the EMAC Bar Harbor trial this weekend!

We had a great time at the MCKC AKC agility trial on Friday! Poutine finished her Novice FAST title with a first place and honestly the biggest shock of the day was we got a Q in T2B. They don’t give out placement ribbons for T2B but we finished in 2nd in a very large and talented 20” class which I am SUPER proud of. Open JWW was very nice with some bobbles on my end and Open Standard was a hot mess 😂 but we know what our homework is. I ended up scratching on Sunday as I can feel myself getting a little run down. Now it’s time to pack for Greenfield and play some flyball!!

Side note…doesn’t anyone want a horrendously stinky dog?
