Fellowship Gun Club Fellowship Gun Club was Established in 1986 as a Dog Hunting Club. We Offer Many Great Amenities and Generally Have Memberships Available.

We Have a Proud History of Safety, Productivity and a Fun Family Oriented, Friendly, Low Drama Environment. Fellowship Gun Club is presently seeking a limited number of safe and responsible hunters / standers. We are a well-established dog hunting club founded in 1986. We offer outstanding dog and still hunting with approximately 4200 leased acres primarily in Nash County NC plus use of adjoining

acreage and game lands. There are abundant deer (89 harvested in 2014), rabbits, turkey, squirrels, foxes, coons and ducks. We have a great clubhouse and a bunkhouse located in between our two major tracks of land at Il0A9 & 11003 Taylor's Store Road, Nashville NC 27856. The first track of land is located off State Roads (SR)1401 and1004 and the second track is located primarily off SR's 1321 and 1408 The clubhouse features lots of amenities including a nice, well equipped kitchen, 36 bunks, commercial ice machine, kennels, 3 bathrooms with hot showers and large skinning shed with electric wenches. Our membership dues are presently $650 per year (plus $100 raffle ticket sales) with a membership normally around 70. We have a diverse group of hunters with a core of around 25 dog men 130 deer stander hunters and another 15 or so that primarily hunt other game (mainly rabbits, coons, squirrels and foxes). At Fellowship, our goal is to have a safe, fun and productive hunting experience. We take great pride in excellent safety record and long history of successful seasons with many trophy harvests. As our name indicates, we gladly welcome family hunters (no additional fee for spouses, kids in school or in armed services). We also welcome first time hunters and provide training / mentoring to them. Our Club is set apart from other clubs that are hung up with cumbersome rules that often make no sense and create havoc. Our rules allow for our safety, but do not hamper us from having fun and being productive. We have excellent officers and board members dedicated to helping achieve our goals. We also take an active role in the community as we sponsor Combat Warrior events throughout the year, a Shriner's horse ride event and other community fund raising events as they arise. A very special event occurred at Fellowship this evening. We have been hosting a Combat Warrior's Spring Turkey Hunt for many years at the Club. It has been made possible, by the great partnership and the dedication / hard work of dozens of volunteers in appreciation and our gratitude for our Troops and their tremendous sacrifices in order to preserve our freedoms in this great nation.

As a token of our appreciation for the selfless act and ultimate sacrifice made by one of our own and son of our Club President Ed Elliott, the event was renamed " The Lucas Elliott Memorial Turkey Hunt". This dedication, in a small way, gives back to the Elliott family and helps ensure the memory of Lucas and other fallen heroes are never forgotten.
