We are NOT expanding!
What a strange announcement , right?! 🤔
After much deliberation, we have decided to NOT add space to accommodate more guests.
We had been focused on expanding again because it seemed the most logical business plan. 🤓
I found a copy of our original mission statement that I created long before we opened to the public. It had an impact. It brought me back to the core of the personalized service that we wanted to provide pet owners, the engagement we wanted to have with our guests and our focus on quality versus quantity. 🐶
All of our goals have been met and exceeded. So, no expansion. We are just going to enjoy what we have created and hope that our clients and guests continue to also.
That doesn’t mean we will be idle. I’ve still got plans 😎 I still want to acquire and review new products that hit the market for pet care, comfort and enrichment. I will continue to stay informed on new approaches to dog handling, training, health and hygiene.
Upgrades to our current setup are always a priority.
So, as my dad used to say often,
‘don’t make big changes to something that is working well’
