👻 It's almost time for a little Halloween fun at Urban Tails! 👻

October 26–30 is Costume Week, and we can't wait to see our guests dressed up!

Whether they're spooky, silly, adorable, or downright ridiculous, we invite guests to show off their Halloween costumes all week.

We'll snap photos of our festive guests and share some of the fun right here on our page!

A quick note on safety: We'll remove costumes after photos are taken so everyone can comfortably and safely enjoy the rest of their day.

Let the Halloween cuteness, creativity, and a little bit of chaos begin!

⭐ 1,096 days of Carissa at Urban Tails! ⭐

Today we’re celebrating THREE years with our Day Camp Lead, Carissa!

If you’ve ever watched Carissa with our Day Camp dogs, you know there’s something pretty special about the connection she has with them. They trust her. They respect her. And they absolutely adore her.

Over the last three years, Carissa has helped so many dogs build confidence, learn boundaries, develop better social skills, and become more comfortable just being themselves. She knows their personalities, their quirks, their friendships — and probably exactly who is about to make a questionable decision before they even make it.

Being great at Day Camp isn’t just about loving dogs. It takes patience, consistency, an incredible ability to read behavior, and knowing when a dog needs encouragement, a little extra space, or a reminder about their manners. Carissa brings all of that to our Day Camp every single day.

She is an all-star member of the Urban Tails team, and we are incredibly lucky she has spent the last 1,096 days growing right alongside us.

Happy 3-year anniversary, Carissa! Here’s to everything you’ve helped build — and all the dogs who are better because you’ve been part of their lives.

Today is Kylee’s last day at Urban Tails, and it is hard to know where to even begin when someone has been such a big part of the story from the very beginning.

Kylee has been with Urban Tails for more than three years, helping Dana and Cece take this business from an idea and turn it into something real. She has been our General Manager since day one and has helped shape so much of what Urban Tails is today.

Her knowledge of the pet care industry has been an incredible resource over the years, but even more than that, Kylee has built lasting relationships with the people and pets who have trusted us with their care. There are plenty of dogs and cats who know exactly who Kylee is when they come through our doors — and she knows them just as well.

She has also played a huge role in building our team. Through training, coaching, teaching, and sharing her experience, she has helped give our staff a strong foundation and skills they will carry with them throughout their careers.

There are people who work for a business, and then there are people who help build one. Kylee helped build Urban Tails.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, knowledge, care, hard work, and heart she has given this place over the last three years.

Kylee, thank you for helping us turn an idea into Urban Tails, caring so deeply for our guests, investing in our team, and being such an important part of these first few years.

We wish you nothing but the best in what comes next. Please help us send Kylee off with lots of love and well wishes as she starts her next chapter. 🖤🌻🤍

September birthdays called for cake, and we answered.

Our birthday crew got to celebrate the Urban Tails way — with birthday cakes, plenty of attention, a little frosting on the nose, and absolutely no concern for table manners.

And around here, even a cone won’t get in the way of a birthday celebration. 😉

A big thank you to Unleashed Dog Bakery for helping us make these celebrations extra special with the cutest birthday cakes for our pups.

We love celebrating these special days with our Day Camp dogs and making their birthdays a little extra special.
