I’ve always posted sale items as a FCFS basic but I’m *thinking* of making it making it as my biggest supporters get dibs. No, I’m not saying a subscriber group- I’m saying I post on my page and then I can pick who gets once they message me.

I’ve always thought it was more fair to post and the first person gets them- but I can’t even lie it’s upsetting and just not working for me. I’ve been realizing once I sell to them they completely vanish and I never see their name on my page anymore. BUT the ones who are here on the daily never got an opportunity.

I want my customers to become friends. I want those friends to become a trading partner in the next few years once they get their own flock established. What I don’t want is them to get what they want and I never hear from them again.

To the people who are here daily on all my post. I SEE you. I APPRECIATE you.

I’m always taking suggestions, but I’m thinking this is what will work best for me and my flock.
