We try to treat everyone with respect but with that said if you do not respect us you will not be respected back. Our job is not just playing with pets all day. It’s a hard job. So if you call expecting to get in the same day it’s not always able to happen. Sometimes it can be a few days til we have a spot. Also after you call we can have a cancellation for the next day and be able to give it to the next person who calls. It all varies. But calling us and screaming profanity at us isn’t going to do any good. I will not take that lightly and I will not allow you to treat any of us here at mystical paws like that.
