I tired to avoid this but at this point I’m going to just say it.

I no longer recommend Grooming with Sami for multiple reasons including unfair business practices, lack of education on dog behavior which has lead to excess stress, anxiety and a lack of safety for dogs in her care, the inability to communicate directly regarding pricing and honor her quotes and blaming clients for her own lack of education and knowledge.

This doesn’t come just from personal experience with her but the fact that the majority of the people I’ve sent to her has come back to me to complain about all of the above and more.

Dou Dou is a 2-year-old mixed breed pup who is looking for a new home.

Dou Dou does well with other dogs - but needs a slow introduction. Must go to a home WITHOUT children.

Shy at first and needs someone with a little patience and willingness to take things slowly.

I am looking to add 1-2 drop ins to my schedule next year for CATS only. (Open to new clients but established clients will be given the option first)

I have experience with oral and topical medication - I do NOT offer services for cats that need injectable medication at this time.

Reach out to me directly if you’d like to see if we are a good fit. I’ve been watching Henry now for about 2 years and I’m craving more kitties in my life (my husband is allergic or we’d for sure have our own!)

For the month of December, due to the outbreak of parvo again in our area, we are asking that all our clients refrain from taking their dogs to dog parks for at least 2 weeks prior to a scheduled stay with us.

Make sure your dogs are up to date on their vaccinations and don’t allow strange dogs to approach your dogs.

Any dogs showing ANY symptoms of parvo will not be allowed on our property. This is for the safety of all dogs in our care. (This is our policy at all times)

If your dog goes to grooming - please take proper precautions and ensure your groomer is doing so as well (if your groomer never asked you for vaccines, chances are they don’t check others either - THIS IS A RED FLAG. ALL pet professionals should be obtaining vaccine or titer information to keep your pet safe)
