To all my valued customers, I wanted to inform you that it has been a difficult week for me as I recently lost my beloved pet, Murphy. He was more than just a companion, and his passing has been a tremendous loss. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly for those whose appointments I had to reschedule. Losing a long-time furry friend is never easy, and I appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.

We hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, due to the recent low temperatures, our water pipes have burst, and we are unable to provide grooming services at this time.

We regret to inform you that we must cancel all appointments until further notice. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to contact you with updates and reschedule your appointment at the earliest possible time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue.

I want to thank each of you for your patience and understanding during this time. I recently had to step away from work due to a loss in our family. Your kind words and support have meant the world to me.
