✨ A few shop updates from Pet Grooming by Jenna! ✨

Today is an extra special day, not only is it my son’s 18th birthday, Happy birthday Colton - Pet Grooming by Jenna is celebrating 3 years! 🎉🐾 Looking back, I never could have imagined how much this little business would grow. I’m incredibly blessed and so thankful for every client who has trusted me with their furry family members, recommended me to friends, been patient during the busy seasons, and supported this dream. None of this would be possible without each of you, and I’m so grateful for the love and support that has helped get me where I am today. Thank you for making these last three years so special!

I hope everyone has had an amazing summer! ☀️ It has been a busy one, and I truly can’t thank all of our wonderful clients enough for working with my crazy schedule. Your support means the world to us!

🐾 Boarding & Daycare Progress
The wait is almost over—we’re getting ready to kick off several projects in our new boarding, daycare, and lobby space beginning this week! I’m especially excited because the new lobby wall is absolutely gorgeous!

We’re still waiting on our kennel delivery, so we don’t have an official opening date just yet. Our goal is to be welcoming our first boarding and daycare guests by Labor Day weekend, but as with any renovation project, we’re aiming for “done right” more than “done fast.” We’ll keep everyone updated as we get closer!

📅 Jury Duty Week (August 24)
I was fortunate enough to be excused from jury duty back in May, but it’s officially my turn to serve the week of August 24.

Because of that, online booking is currently blocked for that week. Depending on the jury schedule, I may still be able to fit in a few appointments. If you’re hoping for an appointment that week, go ahead and book for the following week, then leave a note requesting to be moved up. If I have openings, I’ll gladly contact you!

🚗 Parking Reminder
We also have new neighbors in the former Farmers Insurance suite! To help them serve their customers, they’ve asked that our clients please leave their parking spaces available.

If you’re visiting us, please park in front of Suites D and E. We really appreciate everyone’s help in being good neighbors!

We know you’re excited to see your freshly groomed pup (and we love that!), but every dog takes a different amount of time. Instead of stopping every few minutes to answer “Are they ready yet?”, we’ll be giving your furry family member our full attention.

We promise—as soon as they’re finished, fluffed, and looking their best, you’ll get a text! 🐾❤️

🐾 Schedule Update from Pet Grooming by Jenna 🐾

First, we’re so excited to share that Ella Kate made All-Stars! 🥎💙 We are incredibly proud of her!

Because we’ll be in Warner Robins for the tournament the week of July 6, my grooming schedule is currently blocked off from online booking. If you’re already booked that week, stay put I’ll move your appointment as needed!

Depending on how the team does, I may have some last-minute openings if we have a stretch between games. The tournament brackets can leave some unexpected downtime, especially if they continue winning! 🤞

If you’d like the chance to move your appointment up, go ahead and book one of my next available appointments (currently showing the week of July 13) and simply write “move up to week of July 6” in the notes section. If I end up with openings that week, I’ll reach out and get you moved up!

For years, you’ve watched Pet Grooming by Jenna grow from a small setup in my unfinished basement, to our storefront, and now… it’s time for our biggest chapter yet!

🎉 We are expanding to offer DOG DAYCARE & OVERNIGHT BOARDING! 🎉

As we put together this video and looked back at where it all started, I couldn’t help but get emotional. What began as a dream with a grooming table in a basement has grown into something I never could have imagined.

This milestone isn’t just mine—it’s because of YOU.

To every client who trusted me with your pets, referred your friends, shared my posts, left reviews, cheered me on, and supported this business through every stage… thank you. Your loyalty and encouragement have made this expansion possible.

I have always wanted to create a place where your pets are loved, cared for, and treated like family. With the addition of daycare and boarding, we’ll be able to serve our clients in even more ways while providing a safe, comfortable place for your dogs when you can’t be with them.

This has been years in the making, and I am so excited to finally share it with all of you. We still have work ahead of us, but we can’t wait to bring this vision to life and welcome your pups to their home away from home.
