In Unison Farm LLC In Unison Farm LLC offers full and pasture board, training, Dressage & jumping lessons. Thank you for respecting the wishes of the property owners.

We are a no smoking/vaping facility that does not allow dogs on the property. In Unison Farm LLC has these amenities: 12x12 stalls, 2 H/C wash racks, a temp. controlled tack room and bathroom with a shower, outdoor arena, stadium jumps, some cross country fences, and miles of trails. Some "extras" are included in board, such as blanketing / unblanketing and holding for the vet or farrier. Full board is $800 and pasture is $475 a month. The barn is run by Lee Ann Gilson, who is an A graduate from the United States Pony Club. She is an Eventer and has been riding for over 40 years. Lee Ann offers Dressage and jumping lessons to riders on their own horses. Lee Ann is a certified instructor with USEA for Level II - Training

Fall shots happened today. We have next Monday and Tuesday lined up to float teeth of the horses who need it.

I will be reaching out to boarders to see if they want their horse done or not of the ones who are recommended to get done.

Well the traffic and weather gods were in my favor today when I picked up a new boarder from Newborn, GA. Not sure where Newborn is, yeah I didn’t know either, it is past Covington. I fed and turned out the horses and then left the farm by 9:30 in hopes that I would beat traffic. I sure did because the only slow down we hit was coming home when I 20 merges onto 75/85 in downtown. It’s always slow there though. and the only rain I had fall on me was when I was heading south from Chastain Road to the perimeter. . We were also able to turn him out and start the meet and greet before the bottom fell out.

There are many reasons why I have a window I feed in instead of a specific time. Today is one of the reasons. When it is this hot still at this time why would I want to feed earlier to have them out in the heat and potential overheat.
