Please do listen to your dog walkers when they advise NOT to feed your pooch 2 hours before or after a walk. And your dog groomers when they say don’t bring Alfie the German shepherd for a groom first thing after eating.

Especially those high risk large deep chested breeds - standard poodles, Great Danes, German shepherds and greyhounds to name a few...

Feeding too close before or after exercise, excitement, anxiety or travel can increase the risk of bloat and a twisted stomach known as gastric torsion of gastric dilation volvulus (GDV).

Many pet professionals learn about these conditions when building their business(they take many informative courses) they aren’t trying to change your routine to be awkward, just to prevent a serious problem occurring ❤️

I was trying to keep it hush hush but my best friend and I are going in and we are getting a grooming salon we won’t be open till September but big things are happening and I beyond excited about it. The place we were at was super toxic and not got for my metal health I’m bummed about being unemployed for a month but it’s all for the best!! I love all my clients and I can’t wait for you to see our new salon ❤️
