What an incredible weekend! Our very first Pups in the Park is officially in the books, and we truly cannot thank everyone enough for coming out and making our first year such a success!
When we started planning Pups in the Park, our goal at Cambria K9 was to create a fun, dog-friendly event that brought our community together while also giving us the opportunity to support some amazing local rescues. Seeing everything come together this weekend and seeing so many people and pups show up made all of the planning, work, and long hours completely worth it. 💙
A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make the event possible including our sponsors, vendors, food vendors, activity providers, volunteers, demonstrators, everyone who donated baskets, and every single person who shared our posts, told a friend, or helped spread the word.
We were also so happy to have Caola’s Canine Rescue and Nicole’s Furry Feline Rescue join us this weekend and to be able to use our basket auction to help support the work they do for animals in our community. 🐾
And most importantly, thank YOU to everyone who came out to support Cambria K9’s first Pups in the Park! Whether you came for dock diving, weight pulling, the vendors, basket auction, K9 demonstrations, food, activities, or simply to spend the day with your dog — you helped make this event what it was.
Putting together our first event of this size was a huge undertaking, but seeing the park filled with people and their dogs was more than we could have hoped for.
