Love the friendly, fun-loving personality of a Lab but looking for a smaller-sized companion? Then come meet Po and Reno! These adorable 1 year old brothers weigh about 35 pounds each, giving you all the love and happy-go-lucky charm of a Lab in a more compact package.

Po and Reno always have a blast together in the park, playing and romping around with joyful enthusiasm. And in-between playtime, they are quick to come running back for pets and quality time with their favorite people. ๐Ÿฅฐ

We are overjoyed for 1 dog and 5 cats who have been adopted over the past three days. Our BIG lovable pup, Bruiser, found his forever family today. And our precious cats Mai, Pisces, Kira, Ami, and Haruka also went to their forever homes this week. Congratulations to all!

๐Ÿฑ Patient Home Needed for a Special Kitten ๐Ÿพ

This is Mars. He is looking for his furever family! He is currently in a foster home but a meet-n-greet can be arranged if you are interested in adopting. Here is a note from his foster mom:

This sweet little boy is looking for a calm, patient person who can give him the stable home he needs.

When he first meets new people, he can be very scared. He may hiss, which can make people think heโ€™s unfriendly, but the hiss is really just his way of saying heโ€™s frightened. If you give him time and donโ€™t push him, that hiss quickly turns into a tiny meow.

Once he realizes youโ€™re not going to hurt him, his true personality comes out. He loves being petted, will roll onto his side for belly rubs, and happily curls up in your lap. He wants a person he can trust and will quickly bond with someone who makes him feel safe.

He has not done well in a cat cafรฉ environment where there are lots of people, noises, and changes. He would do much better in a quiet, stable home with one-on-one attention and a predictable routine.

This kitten is not the type who will win people over in five minutes. He needs someone willing to give him a chance. In return, youโ€™ll gain a loyal, loving companion who just wants to feel protected and secure.

If youโ€™re experienced with shy cats or have the patience to let a kitten come out of his shell at his own pace, he may be the perfect match for you.

Our hearts are overflowing with joy as we look back at this week and celebrate THREE of our long-term residents finding loving homes โค๏ธ๐Ÿก

After spending 8 to almost 12 months at the shelter, our wonderful dogs Griffin, Houston, and Gwen have each been adopted this past week, and are finally beginning the next chapter of their lives with families of their very own. Through it all, they remained loving, resilient, and ready to give their hearts to someone special.

To the amazing adopters who chose one of our long-timer pups: THANK YOU. Thank you for seeing the truly incredible dogs they are. Thank you for opening your hearts and homes to pets who had waited far too long. Most of all, thank you for giving them the love, comfort, and sense of belonging they deserved all along.

While we will miss seeing their happy faces at the shelter, there is no greater reward than knowing they are sleeping in soft beds, making new memories, and experiencing the joy of being part of a family. โค๏ธ

It was a truly joyful day at the shelter on Friday as 3 sweet pups and 6 precious cats found their forever homes! We are overjoyed for our wonderful pups Gwen, Cordelia, and Han, and are also celebrating cats Lynx, Lion, Frilly, Wexley, Rascal, and Crystal, as they all are now settling into loving homes ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ’•

And to celebrate even more, Gwen and Cordelia went home together. For our long-term resident Gwen, it was love at first sight with her adopters. And then young Cordelia caught their eye too. Hence, a Meet n Greet was done between these two pups, which clinched the deal โ€ฆ so both were adopted together! ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•
A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible adopters - we are so grateful to you for making dreams come true. We wish all of our newly adopted pets a lifetime of love and happiness with their families! ๐Ÿฅฐ
