There are very few chronic orthopedic, neurologic or pain conditions we can "fix" in one visit.
If your pet has had a problem for six months, a year, or several years, it is rarely realistic to expect one treatment session to resolve it.
Pain management and rehabilitation are often a process, not a procedure.
The initial consultation, that we allow an entire hour to, is where we determine what diagnostics are needed, what options may be appropriate and what those options realistically require - in time, travel, follow-up and cost.
Understanding what treatment requires - from time and travel to follow-up and cost - helps us create plan that is realistic for you and your pet.
