They say with growth comes growing pains, while I believe this to be very true, I also believe all things happen for a reason. Dande is definitely growing and will most definitely experience those pains along the way, but one thing I can promise Dande clients, I’m ALWAYS a phone call away and handle all things, individually and with a mindset to treat and handle people the way I would want to be treated, this is something every single groomer/employee has heard me say alot! This is because I truly feel this to my core, when I started Dande it was merely to give other dog owners what I would want for my fur-babies and this is the why for me. I love on every baby I see when I walk through those back doors daily and try to convince myself I know them all and all their names, I impress myself sometimes, other days I say, gots to do better, Angie! I say all this because if you know me, you know these babies having a pleasant experience with grooming IS the goal and has been since day 1 and will always be as long as I’m in control. My girls are my ride or die and they know the expectations. Now I will not promise you the absolute best haircut because our focus is not show grooming, it’s just not! We certainly don’t want your baby looking some type of way, but comfort is our top priority! You won’t see dogs in crates, yes, we have them, yes we use them, but not unless necessary. We hand dry all our dogs, no crate dryers at Dande. We work by appointment only, no mass drop off will ever happen and we focus on treating each fur-child as a individual with their own individual needs, as I do realize they are not human, but they definitely have feelings and opinions and they love us like no human could ever fathom, so unconditionally and the least we can do is give them a non-traumatic experience at the groomers! Some breeds have to come, it’s not an option, I feel in my heart we should do our best to make it pleasant for them and their owners. I said all this to say that I’ve created and framed this Dande Promise and it’s in all 3 salons as a daily reminder to our clients, their owners and their groomers that no matter what, this is what we are here for, to set the standard and to make a difference in the grooming world we work in! Sorry for the long post, but it’s real!♥️🐾
