Hey clients! We are currently updating all of the software that we use to operate and manage the facility. If you haven’t already. Please visit the link included and register yourself and your pet(s). From there we kindly ask that you please upload a photo of your pet(s). This will help us to get photographs of all of the dogs that come to the resort. The doodles have taken over and they come in so many shapes and sizes. It can be tricky to identify them. So a headshot is the best shot. We really appreciate your help. This will also be the way that you view your dog while they are at the facility. You must be part of the client portal. Once you become part of the portal. Anytime your dog checks in you automatically have access to the cameras. If you don’t do this, you will not be able to view the cameras. We should have the cameras live by end of day tomorrow. Thank you!

Dear clients, thank you for your patience while we get the WebCams back up and working. We’ve done everything on our end. Now we are just waiting on AT&T to come and fix a network connection issue. Feel free to call or text to check on your babies while they are with us in the meantime.
