Saturday 8/29 15 miles 8am until ..
Sunday 8/30 11 miles 8am-11am
meeting @ 8am @ both days (before they demo the mall)

Gillian & I will be walking our dogs Leia & Raya 3 to 4 miles 🐾🦮🐕‍🦺🐾 inside the mall both days to avoid the heat

(Doug my husband is picking up Leia at 9/9:30 am) & I will continue to walk inside the mall until I get to as close to the 15/11 training miles as possible
