Meet Remy (pronounced Reem-ee
Remy is an eight-year-old female spayed Rottweiler. Unfortunately, Remy’s elderly owner fell and broke her femur and is going to be permanently living in a care home where she can no longer have Remy. Remy is currently being cared for by neighbors, but needs a new forever home where she can get the loving care and attention she deserves. Remy’s history with other dogs and cats is unknown so she will need to be in a home with no other animals. Remy is a sweet girl who is housebroken, non-destructive, and enjoys spending most of her day laying on her big dog bed! Remy is overall a healthy, senior dog and current on her vaccines, but sadly tore her ACL about a month ago. Surgery is not going to be pursued for Remy and this is being managed with daily anti-inflammatory medication and keeping her activity limited. Some funds have been gathered from Remy’s previous owner and amazing good Samaritans and Blue Cross Pet Hospital to help with Remy’s care. If you are interested in hearing more about Remy please call Blue Cross Pet Hospital and ask for Sarah. 🐶❤️
