A trip to the ER can be scary! Veterinary ER staff will triage your pet based on their symptoms and will be with you as soon as they can. Anticipate potential long wait times and bring a snack if you can. While waiting is no fun, the most critical patients are tended to first based on triage parameters. You never want to be first at the ER. We are very thankful for our local ER staff that can be there for you and your pet when we are unavailable!
