Wonderful female Catahoula mix looking for a new home! Nala is almost 4 years old and weighs about 59 lbs. she is beautiful 🤩 inside and out. Nala is very affectionate and has very good manners. She is very people and dog friendly, however she will not do well with cats. I also recommend no small kids or elderly prospects as Nala is very athletic and will need a routine that includes exercise. Finally, Nala must be a companion to another dog. She does have some separation anxiety, but is fine as long as she has doggy friends. When she came to me her former owner had to take a full-time job after being with her almost constantly for 2 years. Then he moved and that was more than Nala could tolerate so my organization, Veteran’s Best Friend, took her back. She is being fostered in Carmel and her adoption fee will be $350.00. Please let me know if you have a dog who could use an active friend!

Updating a post I had put up last week…meet Letty - 10 month petite standard poodle. She is sweet and smart and incredibly athletic. She has not met anyone she does not want to be friends with…is great with kids and other dogs. She’d be awesome as a playmate for another active dog, and/or an active family. This new partnership is a match made in heaven as ICAN has recently merged with another service dog organization called, Our Turn to Serve. With the two organizations coming together, they will not only going to be helping veterans, but shelter dogs as well.

Ever wanted to try something new and fun with your pooch? How about non-competition agility? Starting this Sunday A Wag’N Time Companion Dog Training is offering basic agility just for fun. Sessions will run 5 weeks for $100.00.

Our next session will start January 16th with groups beginning at 10:30.

We will be at the new Pup Club training room at 921 N. Rangeline Rd. In Carmel.

Classes will be small and start times will be determined by the number of requests.

PM for more info or if your pup attend Club Canine Doggy DayCare, look for the sign up sheet at the front desk. Dogs must be dog friendly and be at least 10 months old to participate. Some basic training is helpful!
