🎃👻 SPOOKY SEASON is here at Desert Dawgs! 👻🎃

October, November & December are officially booking up, and I have LIMITED AVAILABILITY left for the holiday season! 🖤🐾

If you want your furbaby looking ✨soft, fluffy & fresh✨ for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas photos, family gatherings, or just because they deserve a little ✨spaw day✨ — now is the time to get on the books! 🛁✂️🎀

And as we head into the busiest grooming season of the year, I just want to remind everyone that not all grooming experiences are the same. 🐾

There’s a big difference between simply taking your furbaby to someone who grooms out of their backyard and choosing a professional who has spent over 10 years learning, growing, training, and building a career around the love and care of animals. ❤️

Grooming isn't just about making your pet look cute. It's knowing different breeds, coat types, behaviors, skin & coat conditions, proper handling, safety, sanitation, professional equipment, and how to make your furbaby's experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

At Desert Dawgs, this isn't just a job to me — it's something I'm genuinely passionate about. 🐶💕 Your babies are trusted in my hands, and I don't take that responsibility lightly.

✨ Experience matters.
✨ Knowledge matters.
✨ Safety matters.
✨ And most importantly… LOVE for the animals matters. 🐾❤️

If your furbaby needs their holiday appointment, don't wait until the last minute! My October, November & December availability is LIMITED and spots will go quickly! 🎃🍂🎄

🧡 AND DON'T FORGET TO ASK ABOUT OUR FALL & HOWL-O-WEEN SPAW PACKAGES!! 👻🎃🛁✨

Thank you to every single client who continues to trust me with your babies and support my Desert Dawgs dream. 🥹🐾🖤

✨ A LITTLE UPDATE FROM DESERT DAWGS 🐾

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to all of my amazing clients for being so patient and understanding with me lately. ❤️

I am still fully booked, and I am working as quickly as I possibly can to get back to every single message, return calls, and get everyone taken care of.

On top of keeping up with my normal schedule, I am also working hard to get all of the clients who had to be rescheduled while we were sick and in the hospital back onto the schedule. It has been a LOT to juggle, and I am doing my absolute best to work everyone in as fairly and quickly as I can.

The truth is, I am just one person trying to balance being a mom, running a full-time business, taking care of my clients, and keeping everything moving. Some days are definitely harder than others, but I am so incredibly grateful. 🥹❤️

Every appointment, every message, every referral, every tip, every kind word, and every single one of your sweet furbabies means more to me than you know.

You all allow me to live a dream that I once only hoped would be possible. 🐶✨ I truly would not be where I am today without every single one of you.

So please know that if I haven't gotten back to you yet, I have not forgotten about you! I am working through everything and will get to you as soon as I possibly can. 🫶🏻

Thank you for loving and supporting Desert Dawgs Pet Salon and for giving me the opportunity to love on your babies. I appreciate you all more than words can say. ❤️🐾

I need to definitely take more photos of the babies I groom. But it slips my mind more often than I would like to admit. 😆💗

— With love,
Your very loving, very grateful, dog-obsessed groomer 😂🐶💕

Please share! Let's get your babies in!🤍

✂️ Pricing Update ✂️
I also wanted to let everyone know that I am formally updating grooming prices for:
🐾 Doodles
🐾 Poodles
🐾Double Coated breeds-
(Please note that double-coated breeds with excessive undercoat or impacted shedding — including breeds such as Huskies, Great Pyrenees, Australian Shepherds, German Shepherds, and similar coats — may also receive an additional deshedding or handling upcharge depending on coat condition, time required, and amount of undercoat removal needed.)
🐾 Specialty/Fancy haircut styles
(Fluffier styles and haircuts that require extensive hand sc******ng, shaping, and extra styling time will now include an additional upcharge. This helps account for the extra time, detail work, and coat maintenance these styles require to keep your pups looking their absolute best.) 💖

Please note that all grooming prices listed are starting/base prices and may increase depending on each individual fur baby’s coat condition, matting, behavior/handling needs, size, & haircut style . 🐾✨

To continue providing the best care possible for every pup, I will also be implementing updated salon policies moving forward. A cancellation fee will now apply for appointments canceled without at least 24 hours notice, along with late fees for late arrivals. I will also be adding late pick-up, part-day, and all-day kennel fees for pets who are finished with their appointment but remain waiting for pickup. My time is incredibly valuable, and I truly appreciate clients who respect my schedule and business policies. Outside of running my business, I am also a full-time mama to my sweet 1-year-old baby boy, so maintaining structure and time management is very important for both my family and the quality of care I provide to your pets. Thank you all so much for supporting my small business and trusting me with your babies! I truly appreciate every single one of you. 🫶 🐾✨️🥰
