We know that price increases are never easy, and this is always a difficult decision to make. However, as we all know, the cost of living continues to rise, and unfortunately, that includes the cost of operating our salon.

Beginning Tuesday, September 1, there will be a slight increase in our grooming service prices.

There is a lot that goes into maintaining our salon and providing the quality of care and service you and your pets deserve. From grooming products and equipment to repairs, maintenance, and all of the little things that keep our salon running smoothly, our operating costs continue to increase.

Our prices also reflect more than simply keeping the salon open. This is our livelihood and how we support our own families and pay our bills. We take great pride in the work we do and in providing the best possible care for your dogs.

We are proud to be one of the lowest-priced grooming salons in our area, and while we would love to keep our prices exactly where they are, this increase is unfortunately necessary.

We understand that these are challenging times for everyone, especially with the rising cost of living. Your support of our small business never goes unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for every person who walks through our doors and trusts us to care for your dogs.

If you have any questions about how this change may affect the price of your grooming appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Good evening everyone,

I’d like to take a moment to address a few important reminders regarding our salon operations and communication.

Please keep in mind that we are an appointment-based salon operating Tuesday through Saturday. Because of this, there may occasionally be days where we leave early or are unavailable due to scheduling needs. As a small business owner with a family at home, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is very important to me. For that reason, I do not bring my work phone home or respond to messages outside of business hours.

During appointments, my focus and attention are dedicated entirely to the pets in my care, so I may not always be able to answer phone calls immediately. If I miss your call, please leave a voicemail so I know to return it. If you have not heard back, feel free to call again or send a text message.

I take great pride not only in the quality of my work, but also in providing excellent customer service. Every client is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I kindly ask for the same in return. Any rude or disrespectful communication will result in refusal of service, as I am committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment within my salon.

I truly appreciate the continued support of my small business and your understanding that we also have lives and families outside of work. Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and ongoing support. ❤️
