Why am I posting Alec Baldwin here? - Because his case resembles mine.

That's exactly what the prosecution in my case did with Yeva's necropsy. They've lied for years. To us, to the judges. This means that the whole trial was a sham, a bogus spectacle and a circus. And the 65 charges are phony charges. Because everything is based on a lie and on a gross violation of the US Constitution.

"Not disclosing evidence is a cardinal sin if you are a prosecutor". - I've shown you all, with the prosecution excerpts from their briefs and motions, how they lied. "They have to disclose certain categories of evidence. The most important of which is potentially exculpatory evidence, and that's pursuant to a famous US Supreme Court case called United States vs Brady. Anything that might allow a juror or a judge to find that someone is actually innocent and that exonerates them, that has to be disclosed. And if you don't do that, you are breaking your oath as a prosecutor".

Not a word about the doctor's responsibility for Yeva's care and death in the warrant. Nothing in their appeal brief. Not a word during various motions.

My jaw dropped and I thought to myself: "Then why did you blame me? I tried to save her too..."
