Have you ever caught yourself thinking... "Maybe they're just slowing down"?

It's easy to chalk little changes up to getting older. But sometimes they're not signs of aging at all. Sometimes they're signs of arthritis. In fact, osteoarthritis affects 40% of pets, but most go undiagnosed.

The good news? Arthritis pain can often be managed with safe, effective treatments and isn't something your pet simply has to live with.

So, if you do notice any potential signs - talk to us! We can help your pet feel like themselves again.

Pet osteoarthritis is when join tissue gets worn away resulting in inflammation, decreased mobility, and is a leading cause of chronic pain in pets. Nearly 40% of dogs and cats suffer from osteoarthritis (OA) pain but less than half are diagnosed.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Reilly back‼️

We are SO happy to share that after a leave of absence, Dr. Reilly will be returning to Cape May Veterinary Hospital beginning this Wednesday! 🐾

As she settles back in, Dr. Reilly will be returning on a limited schedule with limited appointment availability to start. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to accommodate appointment requests and help make her transition back as smooth as possible.

We know so many of our clients and patients have missed her just as much as we have, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back where she belongs! 💙

Welcome back, Dr. Reilly! We missed you! 🩺

🚨New Puppy Alert 🚨

Charlee had her first visit with Dr. Link and she was a super star. Welcome to the Cape May Family, Charlee! 💜

Fun fact: Golden Retrievers were originally bred in Scotland to retrieve game from both land and water- which helps explain their love of carrying everything in their mouths!

Happy World Animal Day! 🌎

Animals have a funny way of teaching us the things we sometimes forget- to slow down, be present, appreciate the little moments, and reflect on what truly matters.
Whether it’s unconditional love, patience, resilience, or simply finding joy in the everyday, our pets teach us more than they’ll ever know.
What is something your pet has taught you?
Tell us in the comments! 👇🏼🐾
