Retriever Training for the Hunter I’m Ronnie Ford. I’ve been an avid waterfowl hunter for most of my life. Timing varies dependent on the dog. Most can be ready in 3-6 months. Hunting out of boats.

I’ve trained my own dogs to hunt with great success which has led to my want to help others with training their dogs for obedience and duck hunting I offer different services, but my main job is to train your retriever from a 6 month old pup to be ready to go hunting. I start with obedience training and water work steadying, force fetch training and on to hand signals, lining, and blinds and e-col

lartraing. I take dogs and get them ready using actual hunting scenarios. Hunting out of blinds. Hunting in the water in willows.
