Bike Accident Update:

At this time, we don't have updates on my recovery timeline, but we will continue to keep everyone posted as things progress.

We will be responding to texts soon but at this time we will not be rescheduling- We will be in touch ASAP to reschedule!

For our clients, we have unfortunately started canceling appointments for the beginning of next week (starting Monday, 6/8).

We will keep clients updated if this affects your upcoming appt, and we appreciate your patience so much while we navigate this detour.

We will not be taking new bookings until we are able to get everyone rescheduled!

We are reaching out with some tough news for our clients booked this week❤️‍🩹

Yesterday, Sunday 5/31, Natalie was in a bicycle accident that required an ER visit for a broken left arm. Because of the extent of the injury, we are forced to cancel all appointments for this week. We are reaching out via text. To be specific, the week of 6/1 is canceled, and we will reach out if next week is affected..

Right now, we don't have a clear timeline for recovery, so we are temporarily holding off on active rescheduling. We promise to keep you updated and will reach out to you individually in the order of your original appointment day and time the moment we know when we can safely return to the grooming table.
