We hope you and your furry family members have a warm and wonderful holiday! As you gather around the table, here are some helpful reminders about safe and unsafe Thanksgiving foods for dogs:

✅ Safe Thanksgiving Treats for Dogs (in moderation!)
• Sweet or regular potatoes (plain, no butter or seasoning)
• Apples (no seeds)
• Turkey meat (boneless, skinless, unseasoned)
• Green beans
• Peas
• Plain pumpkin

❌ Foods to Keep Away From Dogs
• Turkey bones, skin, or gravy
• Stuffing & casseroles
• Butter, sour cream, salty or seasoned foods
• Creamed peas
• Chocolate, cookies, pies, sweets
• Alcohol
• Raisins & grapes
• Onions, garlic, scallions
• Ham
• Yeast dough
• Fatty foods
• Foods with spices

We’re updating our hours of operation! 🐾💙

⏰ New Hours:
• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – Midnight
• Friday 5:00 p.m. – Open straight through the weekend until Monday 8:00 a.m.

That’s right — we’re now open 24 hours on the weekends! 🎉

We’re so excited to be here when you and your pets need us most. Thank you for trusting us to care for the animals in our community! 🐶🐱💜

Please beware , the Summer heat is already here! We are already seeing these emergencies! Pets should have access to shade and water, and only outdoors for short periods of time and supervised by an Adult.
