Good morning pet parents! I totally get that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.🐾

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in a cancellation fee, as that time is reserved specifically for your pet and is difficult to fill on short notice.🐾

No-show appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may also affect the ability to schedule future appointments.🐾
