FOSTER SPOLIGHT:
Meet Jack! It has not taken long for Jack to be considered a favorite amongst many due to his chatty, loveable demeanor! The only thing Jack wants to do all day every day is lay in your arms for a good snuggle with endless purrs and heatbutts! He knows no strangers and wants to talk with and love anyone he can! He loves to be picked up and will stay in your arms as long as you desire. He is currently housed with another foster (a young kitten) and does well around him. With a proper introduction, it is assumed that Jack would have no issues meeting and cohabitating with other cats. It is unknown how he is with dogs.

TOMORROW 9/24, our very own second year vet student, Arienne, will be offering $10 a**l gland expressions throughout the day!
This is a great opportunity if you’ve been needing to get your pup in but don’t want a full grooming service! This procedure usually only takes about 10 minutes!
Please message us to schedule your appointment time! If you want additional services like a bath or nail trim, it can be added! This event WILL NOT include a full service groom, please book a grooming appointment if your pet is needing a new haircut!

RESCUE FOSTER SPOTLIGHT!:
This sweet pup is Rarity! Rarity and her two sisters were left on the doorstep of the Amarillo pound in May of this year, where they stayed until Rebel rescued them in July!
Unfortunately even with attending multiple adoption events, all three sisters have been overlooked and were raised at the rescue where it was very hard for them to learn the true behaviors of a household dog. All sisters were starting to exhibit signs of littermate syndrome and Rarity was lacking the most confidence out of the three 😔
Since coming into foster care, Rarity has bloomed in confidence and personality and is quite the goofy puppy! She loves being around the people she’s familiar with and loves interacting with our resident dogs 🥰 She has done phenomenal with potty training and is fantastic in her kennel! She likes to try to play with the resident cats, but does not push their boundaries and has never been mean towards them. She’s been learning and practicing her manners and knows how to “sit” and is getting better with every outing on her leash! The best part about Rarity though? She loves to snuggle ❤️ she has been one of the best cuddle buddies in bed!
She can be shy around new people, but if introductions go slow, she’ll open right up and give lots of kisses!
Rarity is about 4 months old, up to date on her vaccines, microchipped, and already fixed! She is listed as a Black Mouth Curr cross and is expected to be a medium-large dog once fully grown. This sweet girl will be at Petco tomorrow in Amarillo from 2-4pm so come meet her and see if she’ll be a great fit for your family! 🐶❤️

RESCUE SPOTLIGHT:
Meet Roxie!!
Roxie is a German Shepard mix currently in the care of Rebel Animal Rescue looking for her forever home! She is still a pup (between 6 months old to a year) and is turning out to be a phenomenal companion! She is getting along great with other dogs her size and has had no issues being introduced to her foster kitty siblings as well! This girl knows when it’s play time and when it’s cool relaxing time as well! She is the last of her litter to be adopted (due to no fault of her own) and is already fully vaccinated and spayed!
If you are interested in meeting and potentially adopting Roxie, she will be at Petco TOMORROW 8/2 from 12-4pm
Come give this precious girl the forever home she much deserves! 🐶❤️
