Today is FERAL FRIDAY. Everyone is an animal of sorts, and Hunter is Farmer Leroy Brown....lol. Who has the best ears today? Carrie is the silver fox, Stephanie is rockin' the rooster, and Kelsee flapping her bat wings. Personally, we think Hunter takes the cake...errrrr, we mean chicken!
Happy Tech Week, everyone!

WE KNOW OUR PHONES ARE DOWN and have made all the calls and complaints we can. We have ONE line forwarded to one of the employees' personal call phones, and Spectrum says thats all they can do for now. We are trying to keep up with voicemails and callbacks as best we can. We have all the staff on their toes today. Please be patient as there is nothing we can do currently to fix it ourselves. If you feel the need to complain and be ugly to our staff for not answering your call, please rethink that response. These guys are working extra hours and trying their best to keep up. We happen to think they're doing a spectacular job. Again... please be patient.
OR...call Spectrum/Cox and lodge your complaint.
