I’m down at the Dog Warden‘s today helping this little baby boy out! Somebody thought it was a good idea to throw him out the window of their car in downtown Canton😤 he was so matted all over his whole body. The second picture is a picture of his eyeball that was matted shut so he couldn’t even see out of that eye. But he is safe now and we got him all handsome and he is waiting for his new home he should be available sometime next week! Keep your eye out on the Stark County Dog Warden’s page! His name is Foreman and he’s the sweetest handsomest most loving little boy. 🥰🐾💕🤩
