Meet Rizzo! 💕 This sweet girl is around 6 years old and 45 pounds with a whole lot of love to give. Rizzo is incredibly loving, social and has the cutest little wiggle butt! 🥰 She loves giving kisses, spending time with volunteers and playing with her toys. 🧸

Rizzo came to the shelter with an eye injury that’s isn’t causing her pain, but don’t let that stop you from seeing how beautiful this girl really is. ❤️ Friends of the Shelter will cover the cost of having her injured eye removed once she is adopted so she can recover in the comfort of her new home.

Rizzo can be selective about her dog friends, but may do well with the right match. As always, bring the whole family, including resident dogs, for a meet and greet. Cats should be brought in a hard-sided carrier. 🏡

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate underdog to love, come meet Rizzo! 🐾

Every dog comes with donated, free training sessions with local trainers: Cosmic K9 (2 sessions) and Hoperidge RTA (1 session). Adopters should research post-adoption decompression and the rule of 3s: 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routine and 3 months to start to feel at home.

🛀🏼 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!! 🛁

💓BETTY is estimated at 2 years old/ 48 pounds. This sweet girl was said to have been running for quite some time. Judging by the ticks on her we believe it. She was a little nervous at first but is understanding that we are here to help her. She relaxed during her bath and had so many ticks removed. She was given a preventative and tested negative on her 4DX but we recommended a recheck in 6 months to be sure. Let’s get this good girl a safe and loving home! Come meet her soon!!

We have no history on stray dogs.
Please bring your family and other pets to meet them and see if they are a good fit for you.**Please prepare to crate your pets for the ride home. We do not allow newly adopted dogs to ride in the car without being properly separated from their new friends **
Decompression and patience are the keys to success when adopting a shelter dog.

UPDATE: ADOPTED 🎉 Pebbles is the sweetest girl just looking for someone to love her! What she lacks in grace, she makes up for in feline characteristics 😆 She loves to rub against legs and will come when she wants to. 🐱 As sweet as she is, she seems to not have been treated well in a past life. She has some raw, itchy skin and seems to have had a few litters in her time. She will need some meds and TLC to love her back to life. She’s also a treat connoisseur - only eating the good ones. A lady has to watch her figure. 🤷‍♀️ She loves to zoomie a bit in the grass and rub all over the humans she loves. ❤️ She is approximately 5 years old and 44 pounds.

If you are looking for a friend to hang out on the front porch with, Pebbles is your lady! As always, bring the whole family (dogs on leash, cats in a hard sided carrier) for a meet and greet and see if she belongs in your home! 🏡🐾
