⚠️I have posted this in the past, but it has been awhile.
Recently there have been a lot of people texting or calling about when their dog(s) will be ready.
If I say I will text when they're ready, that typically means I will need longer than usual to have them ready.
If you have a large dog or more than one dog, your pick up time will be later than others.
My husband and I have set up our schedule in a way so that we can take turns working and watching our son. It has been this way for over 3 years now.
He opens and bathes and dries dogs for me in the mornings and I am the sole person who does haircuts.
My focus is quality and safety, not speed.
If you are looking for a groomer who gets dogs done in 1 - 1.5 hours, I would recommend a mobile groomer or one who offers one on one grooming.
I have been working in pet grooming for 23 years and for several weeks I have been dealing with flared up carpal tunnel and a recurring shoulder injury.
Therefore I am slower than usual.
**If you need your dog out by a certain time please let me know when scheduling the appointment and remind us at drop off. I will accommodate as much as possible.
***Please wait until you're given a pick up time or come at, not before, the time that was given.***
Thank you! 🐶
