Help one of our clients rehome this beautiful, sweet girl. They are expecting a new baby in May and need help. Please read the description below. "Daisy is a Spaniel mix, and we rescued her on April 18th, 2015. We, and the rescue agency (Pickens Animal Rescue), believed her to be roughly 1.5 years old at the time of rescue, with a birthday of late September. She will be turning 13 in late September (we celebrate her birthday on 9/28 every year. She is house-trained and extremely smart. She can sit, lie down, roll over, knows her name, and takes commands. In our house, she was permitted to join us on the bed or sofa (though we realize not everyone does that). We believe her perfect home would have limited to no exposure to children, and maybe only one or two other pets. She is good with some animals and not others (we don't really know how she decides), but she has lived for long periods of time with a single other dog, and once she gets to know them, she is perfectly happy to be there with them.
Our baby is due May 22nd, and we would love to find her a new home ASAP, but also have time to get her familiar with whoever is willing to adopt or foster her to make sure she will be a fit for you. We have all her needs, such as bowls, a crate, leash, collars, etc. She is also microchipped, and we still have all the adoption paperwork, including the chip info."
