Some of you may have already heard, but we are switching platforms! We will be switching from Pawfinity to Moego.
Why this is great -
♡ You as the client will be able to access your pups profile easier. "I didn't even know my dog had a profile." Yes, because Pawfinity was not as client friendly as originally thought, and was difficult to access.
♡ Requesting appointments will be a breeze! And, unlike Pawfinity, Moego will actually tell me when someone has messaged the automated line, and make sure that I'm kept in the loop so I don't miss y'all talking to me.
♡ Gone will be the days of me having to type in your debt/credit cards information! We will now have a simple, and sleek card reader with tap technology for your convenience.
I'm looking forward to this upgrade, and I hope you guys are too. If you already have appointments scheduled, in a couple weeks, you will receive a new confirmation text from a different number telling you that your appointment is scheduled. This is your cue letting you know that Moego is launched.
