Steamtown Veterinary Center is officially open, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for veterinarians who want to be part of what we’re building in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

We’re a privately owned, 24/7 emergency and urgent care hospital in Dunmore, PA. The response from the community since opening our doors has been incredible, and we’re ready to continue expanding our veterinary team.

We’re interested in talking with veterinarians at all stages of their careers. Whether you have years of emergency experience, are a general practitioner looking for something different, or are a newer graduate interested in developing your emergency, surgical, and critical care skills, we’d love to talk.

Full time, part time, overnight, weekend, and relief opportunities are available.

We have a brand new facility, great equipment, a strong support team, and the opportunity to help shape a new hospital from the beginning.

How handsome is this guy??
Meet Remi…he’s actually been here multiple times. This time is a bit different though…he’ll be here until we find him his furever home! 🤎🤎
I’ll be keeping him for at least one month to work on some things to ensure we find him the perfect home! I will be very particular once this process starts.

He is the sweetest boy!
I’ll be sharing more info and pics as he gets adjusted to being here and we start working!
