🚨 FLEA REMINDER! 🚨
We have been seeing a HUGE increase in dogs coming into the salon with fleas lately!
Effective immediately, any pet found to have fleas will have a $20 flea treatment/cleaning fee added to their service. Fleas don’t just stay on the dog — eggs can fall into the environment, which means we have to thoroughly clean and treat the salon to protect all of our furry clients.
A few quick flea facts:
• Fleas can be a problem year-round.
• If one pet has fleas, all pets in the household should be checked and treated appropriately.
• Fleas can live in bedding, carpets and furniture. Treating the pet alone may not eliminate an infestation.
• Consistent prevention is MUCH easier than getting rid of an established flea problem!
There are plenty of easy flea prevention/treatment options available on Amazon, local stores like Fred Meyers or Wilco and also your vet!
We know fleas happen! ❤️ The $20 fee simply covers the additional treatment and extensive cleaning required to keep Pearly Girlys clean, safe and flea-free for everyone.
