*Randi's Grooming Unleashed will be requiring a minimum of 24 hour notice for all cancelations. We have not had to enforce this until now, but times have changed.
*There will be a $30.00 fee for "No-Shows".
*Respectfully, we have other valued clients waiting for appointments, and
we have employees to think about.
*For us this makes good business sense, I hope everyone will understand.
We work hard to make appointments work for everyone who calls, your pets are like our family, we love seeing them, and working with them.
We understand things come up, it happens to us too. Please give us the consideration, to at least call if you need to reschedule.

Welcome Madisyn Knight: Our New Grooming Assistant
Introducing the Newest Member of Our Team
We are excited to announce that Madisyn Knight has joined our team as a Grooming Assistant. Madisyn brings enthusiasm and a passion for animal care, and she will be training closely with our experienced groomer, Randi; as she works toward becoming a professional Groomer. All pets will still be overseen by Randi and will not leave without her approval, while Madisyn is in training. Anyone who is willing to allow her to get a little hands-on training with your pet will receive $15 off from Grooming :)
Please join us in welcoming Madisyn to our workplace community. We look forward to seeing her skills and confidence grow as she begins her journey with us. Madisyn’s commitment to learning and her positive attitude make her a wonderful addition to the team, and we are confident she will make a great impact on our clients and their pets.
