Oct 17 Gymkhana CANCELLED!
Between all the rain this week and the projected cold and wind for Saturday, we are cancelling. It just doesn’t sound like fun.
See you next Saturday Oct 24th in Canaan NH for our Halloween Gymkhana.

Thank you everyone for enjoying another fabulously fun day at Goose Pond Equestrian Center’s gymkhana! We totally lucked out on the weather with the rain holding off until later in the afternoon. Lazy Pony Farm has the most supportive group of riders - I never tire of hearing you all cheering for each other! Met some riders from the farm’s distant past (glad you had so much fun) and some of our eventing and jumper friends came to show their stuff too! A good day!
As usual, Valia Photography was there and has much better photos than my snaps, but you can enjoy these until Hayley gets her edits done!
We hope to see you at our next gymkhana on Oct 17!

Our schooling dressage and two-phase show had happy riders and terrific weather! Thank you everyone who attended! So we did have to shift the dressage arena over about 15 ft to avoid a mud area from the midweek rain storm, had a surprise interruption of a cat racing across the arena to startle a baby horse, and dismantled sections of main perimeter fence to open up the view for our judge, but so much smoother running than last year’s rainy show! We also had the pleasure of cheering on Lynne Miller, partnered with Olaf, for her Century Club Ride, supported by the Dressage Foundation!
Many thanks to our wonderful dressage judge Sheila McLevedge, our super scribe Christine Simms and amazing scorer Kylie Tuttle!

Our Sept 12 Schooling Jumper show wrapped up our 2026 season with beautiful weather and such fun and camaraderie! Thank you everyone for a successful fun season! So many riders and horses improved throughout the season and to see everyone cheering each other on has been heartwarming!
We will be having an end of year awards banquet (keep an eye out for a date), and be sure to check out Valia Photography for her great show photos!
