Ready to get triggered?
Here goes:
Punishment does not equal abuse.
Leaving a dog in a constant state of confusion when it can easily be cleared up is more abusive than the use of an ecollar, prong collar or punishment.
Tools don't train dogs, training does.
Just because something worked for your dog doesn't mean it's a universal truth for all dogs.
Medication isn't training.
Ecollar training isn't the lazy way out.
Your emotions don't matter to your dog.
Training isn't always fun and doesn't always have to be.
There are bad dogs.
Not all dogs are fit to be alive in society.
It's not all about how you raise 'em.
Not everyone should own dogs.
Half of the world's behavioral issues with their dogs can be solved if people weren't so soft and scared to punish bad behavior and just treat their dogs like dogs.
The reason why so many dogs get killed is because their "fur parents" loved them to death.
You do your dog no favors by treating it like a baby.
Your dog is not an emotional punching bag for your brokenness. Fix yourself and your dog will be much better off.
Dog ownership is selfish af and that's okay.
Okay I think that's enough for now.
Remember it's okay to be triggered but don't forget to ask yourself why any of this triggered you and what that may say about you, your dog, your way of thinking etc.
