💙 Help Me Support the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention 💙

On October 4th, 2025, I’ll be walking at City Island in the Out of the Darkness Walk to raise awareness, honor lives lost, and bring hope to those affected by su***de.

Every dollar raised goes directly to the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP) to fund research, education, advocacy, and support for survivors and their families.

My personal fundraising goal is $300 — and I can’t reach it without your help.

Thank you all for your kind words about the loss of Kenny 💙 I appreciate them all and it’s nice knowing he touched the hearts of many others. It’s been a rough couple days but life is continuing.

Today I had to do the hardest thing I never wanted to do. I am heartbroken and missing my best friend. After 13 years it pains me to say goodbye for now. My little man, baby bear, Kenny had to cross the rainbow bridge. My heart and life will forever be changed because of him. He was the best, most loyal companion. For 13 years he has been my shadow, yet today feels a little darker without him. I took away the pain and gave him peace 🐾💙💔🌈

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Thank you for another great year and I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday spent with friends and family. I appreciate all of your support and love being a part of your family. The tail wags and snuggles are what make my job so enjoyable. I hope everyone is blessed with health in 2023. 🐾💜🙌🏼
