We breed for the Ability, Brains, Conformation and Drive using old line Smokey River blueticks and old line Majestics. Carefully selecting and culling to produce hard hunting old fashioned hounds that will withstand hard hunting in extreme conditions on a daily basis. The Majestic Tree Hounds are large, females 24.5 - 30 inches and 75 - 100lbs, males 26 - 30 inches and 80 - 110lbs, old fashioned l

ooking hounds from old line genetics. The Blueticks are old blood line bred Smokey River based and are small to average size blueticks. Proper outcrosses with these line bred blueticks produce some real nice average to above average sized blueticks.

RIP River Runnin Blue Moon Sophie. April 16, 2009 - May 16, 2020. Eleven years and one month old. She passed peacefully in her chair today. Thanks to Glynn Holmes for sending her here.
