Once infected, heartworms live in the heart, lungs, and blood vessels, causing severe damage that can become life-threatening. The good news? Monthly heartworm prevention is safe, effective, and much easier (and less expensive) than treatment!

Here in the South, mosquitoes are everywhere, which means year-round prevention is so important for protecting your pets.

Protect your best friend before heartworms become a problem. Stop by our vaccine clinic for heartworm prevention and keep your pup happy and healthy all year long! 🐾

🚨We do require a heartworm test within 30 days before starting prevention. If your dog is not current on a test, we offer one for $12 (plus $10 office visit) at our clinic.

We’re open until 4:30pm and closed between 1-2 for lunch! 🙂

Adoption Day!

Congratulations to Nova and Nolan who found their new family! We are a day late to post however we still wanted to celebrate this new family! We knew Nova and Nolan needed to go to a new home together which can be a big ask! But once there new momma met them she just knew it was a perfect fit! We can't wait to hear about them as they all learn and grow together!

Shout out to OCAPS

We went out to Ouachita County Animal Protection Society and got some pictures of just some of their babies! They have so many dogs and puppies looking for homes. Our brave little feral born Yuna took a huge step forward today. This brave little lady choose to come up to one of our Animal Control Officers and jumped on them while playing! Yuna is making huge strides in becoming socialized and just needs someone to see that in her. Of course that Officer did have music playing so this could have influenced this little lady.
