Hello everyone,

As we start to fill up for spring break, Easter and other 2026 holiday’s we want to remind people that policy states all major holiday bookings/peak season(spring break) and all bookings over 7 days require a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm that booking.
Due to the high volume of last minute cancellations we had to implement this protocal.

The consumer portal will include the amount due when you get a confirmation email. Please pay promptly so you don’t for fit those spots. If you have problems with the portal or have any questions please send me an email.

The pups have had a busy, fun, amazing weekend here! They woke up to a bit of a surprise this morning, they are very unsure on how they are feeling with this snowy cold morning.
